VINCE POWER:
Founder & Chairman of The Mean Fiddler Mean Fiddler Music Group Plc, owning the Astoria, The Mean Fiddler, the Forum, the Jazz Cafe Clapham Grand, Subterrania and the Powerhaus, expanding to acquire festivals including Reading, Leeds, Homelands, The Fleadh and Tribal Gathering.

The Mean Fiddler Music Group developed from one venue into an established brand overseeing eight music festivals 14 live music venues and numerous restaurants and bars. In 2004 The Mean Fiddler Music Group plc was acquired by Clear Channel Entertainment (Music) UK Limited.

In 2005 Vince acquired one of Europe's most successful festivals, Benicassim and ran the festival for 10 years. In 2006, Vince was awarded a CBE for services to the music industry.

From 2008-2012 Vince ran the Hop Farm. In 201, Vince oversaw the AIM market listing of Music Festivals PLC.

JONA COX:
A&R director, Label Boss, Observer Magazine's A&R "Experts Expert" a synchronisation & sonic branding expert. He founded the UK's first internet label. Jona started his career as a promoter, booking the largest student union in England, booking such acts as the Pogues, Billy Bragg and James.

Jona then worked on the legendary music programme the Tube. This lead him to a career in A&R & publishing working with The La's, Fat Boy Slim, Portishead, Paul Weller, The Beautiful South etc.

Jona has worked extensively as A&R (artistes & repertoire) Director at both independent and major record companies.

Jona has always worked directly with leading musicians, agencies and brands. Recently Jona was brought in to set up a new classical label, the label's first album stayed at #1 in the official classical chart for 12 weeks.
